Greek Wild Sage Tea

Hand picked from the slopes of Mount Taygetos, this tea is rich in anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds. A member of the mint family, sage is native to the Mediterranean region. BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

Use your favorite tea press or infuser with a small handful of tea (3g). Or, for maximum flavor and benefits, boil for 3-5 minutes, let it steep for 3-5 minutes, then remove herbs or strain, and enjoy!
