Perfection!

I found Laconic Foods at an artisan market 3-4 years ago here in Chicago, It started with the taste of the oil and honey's. I was hooked. I think it is the best Extra virgin oil I've ever had. It has a nice soft flavor.The honey I tried was the raw Fir Vanilla. Never have I had such fresh non over sweet honey! And... It does not clump or get stiff over time. I enjoy it on waffles, fruit, ice cream and in my coffee and tea. I now have started ordering from them online as I have watched this small business take off. Customer service has always been above and beyond. For the past few years I have been giving my friends and family gift boxes filled with treats from Laconic. Everyone has been really impressed and wants more. What a find! And so happy to see them in a warehouse now instead of a table only at the Artisan Markets. They do ship and seeing is believing, watching them succeed and grow. I suggest them to everyone I know.

Excellent honey with pure Greek honey taste but with an amazing natural bright blue color for special occasions.

I served it with caprese and it was so delicious!

I used to always buy American honey but glad I found Laconic Foods. Since then, I have ditched American honey for Greek honey, which has a very thick but nice consistency and strong flavor. So far, I’ve only bought it three times since I discovered Laconic Foods recently but I always come back for more. It is definitely worth it!

Just delicious. I use this honey on my Greek yogurt with fresh berries and pistachios which is my breakfast most every morning. So flavorful and thick.

I wasn’t expecting to love this tea as much as I do, but wow, this stuff is seriously good. You can tell right away it’s not your average tea. The smell alone when you open it is amazing, super fresh and natural, not fake or overpowering.
Also, using loose leaf makes a big difference. It just tastes fuller, like you’re actually getting all the flavors instead of a watered-down version.
Adding a little honey (of course another Laconic Foods wonderful product) is a game changer. It brings everything together perfectly.
Overall, this feels like one of those small upgrades to your daily routine that actually makes a difference. Definitely buying again.

Laconic Foods knocked it out of the park with their Vanilla Fir Premium Honey. It’s smooth, thick, and just really enjoyable from the first taste.
The texture is richer than regular honey, almost creamy, and the flavor stands out right away.
It’s great on toast, yogurt, or even just by itself. Simple, clean, and really well done. Definitely a standout if you’re looking for a honey that feels a little different in the best way.
