Produced in limited quantities by fourth-generation beekeeper Athanasios Manokas and his son Niko, this honey reflects generations of knowledge and a deep respect for the land. The forests and meadows surrounding Arcadia are home to wild heather blooms, creating the ideal environment for bees to produce this exceptionally aromatic and rare honey.
