A Four-Generation Greek Beekeeping Heritage

This honey is produced by fourth-generation beekeeper Athanasios Manokas and his son Niko, who studied beekeeping at the University of Athens. Together, this father-and-son team tends their hives with deep respect for the Mediterranean ecosystem, following traditional, low-intervention practices that preserve the purity and character of each harvest.
