How to Brew

• Preheat your mug with hot water, then discard
• Heat fresh water to 90–95°C (194–203°F)
• Use approx. 2g of loose tea per 8oz cup (about 1 heaping tsp)
• Steep in a filter or infuser for 3–4 minutes

Tips:

• Use fresh water for best results
• Avoid over-steeping—black tea can become bitter
