How to Brew

• Preheat your mug with hot water, then discard
• Heat fresh water to 80–85°C (176–185°F)
• Use approx. 2g (about 1 heaping tsp) of tea per 8oz cup
• Steep in a filter or infuser for 2–3 minutes
• Optional: Sweeten with Greek honey
