This honey is crafted by fourth-generation beekeeper Athanasios Manokas, whose family has tended bees in the Peloponnese for decades. The village of Ano Doliana, surrounded by dense forests and elevated terrain, provides the ideal environment for bees to produce this richly textured, aromatic honey. Each jar is a true taste of Arcadia’s wilderness and tradition.
