How to Brew

• Preheat your mug with hot water, then discard
• Heat fresh water to 80–85°C (175–185°F) — just below boiling
• Use approximately 2g of loose tea per 8oz cup (roughly 1 heaping tsp)
• Infuse in a tea filter or infuser
• Steep for 3–4 minutes, then remove
• Enjoy hot or chilled over ice
