Our Greek Fir Honey has a deep amber-brown hue with hints of red, and a complex flavor profile — mildly nutty and sweet, with savory herbal notes and a delicate sourness on the finish.

It’s a raw, cold-extracted honey sourced from fir tree secretions rather than floral nectar, giving it a denser consistency, low natural sugar content, and long shelf life. With its silky texture and naturally low moisture, it’s a prized ingredient in Mediterranean kitchens and gourmet pairings.

Every jar is harvested and packed by fourth-generation beekeeper Athanasios Manokas and his son Niko, using traditional methods in one of Greece’s most biodiverse mountain regions.
